Terms of service
Last updated 2026-09-01. VerseQR is operated by Vers Tech.
Using the service
You may use VerseQR to generate codes for personal and commercial purposes. The codes you generate belong to you. The service, its code and its brand belong to Vers Tech.
What you may not do
Do not point codes at malware, phishing pages or illegal content. Do not place codes over other people's codes in public. Do not resell access to the service as your own product without a written agreement. Accounts doing any of these are suspended without refund.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Static codes keep working regardless, because nothing of ours sits between the scanner and the destination. Dynamic codes depend on this service being reachable.
Billing
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access until the period ends. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Liability
The service is provided as is. Vers Tech is not liable for losses arising from a code that failed to scan, a destination that changed, or printed material produced from a file you downloaded. Test every code before printing at volume.
Trademark
